Visual AI Widget provides AI-powered product visualization for e-commerce stores. The service allows customers to see products in their own space using augmented reality technology.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided under the 30-day conversion guarantee if your return rate doesn't measurably improve.
If your store's return rate does not measurably improve within 30 days of using Visual AI Widget, contact us for a full refund of your subscription fees. "Measurable improvement" means a minimum 5% reduction in return rate compared to the 30-day period before installation.
You may not use the service to visualize prohibited items, violate intellectual property rights, or collect customer data beyond what the widget permits. You retain all rights to your product images.
The service is provided "as is." Visual AI Widget's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
