Visual AI Widget collects minimal data: product visualization analytics (which products are visualized, how often), and basic usage metrics. Room scans are processed on-device — no room images are uploaded to our servers. We do not collect personal browsing data, purchase history, or customer identities.
Visualization analytics are used to provide conversion tracking reports to store owners. Aggregated, anonymized data helps us improve the AI model. We never sell customer data or use it for advertising.
The widget requests camera access only when a customer taps "See in my space." Camera data is processed in real-time on the device using WebGL. No video or images are transmitted to our servers. Camera permission can be revoked at any time through the browser settings.
We store product visualization configurations (product photos, 3D models) securely. Customer room scans are never stored. Analytics data is retained for 12 months and then anonymized.
We comply with GDPR and CCPA. EU and California residents may request deletion of their data by contacting hello@productquant.dev. Data processing is performed under legitimate interest for providing the visualization service.
The widget uses Cloudflare for CDN and hosting. No customer data is shared with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.
